You can save a lot of time, energy and money by following these tips as these are derived from my experience.

    1. Be Consistent

I know that there are times when you feel like not working out, maybe you have tried all the diets and weight loss programs or maybe you are tired of working out as a beginner and no gains in terms of building muscles are seen.

Guys, look at working out this way:

If you were like, I will get on this diet for 3 months and let's see what are the results I got. Big No No!

Following a diet is just a temporary discipline. Working out is a lifestyle, it's a day to day routine.

Initially, it is hard to shift from a normal lifestyle to a fitness lifestyle.

But, you know what, the answer is BE CONSISTENT!

Once you see the results, it becomes an addiction!

    Get over that!

    2. Track Your Record

Before joining the gym, it is absolutely important to take before pictures as when you be seeing them at a later point.

It will be your pure hard work, and your testimony will create a proud movement.

Taking your pictures and measuring the size of your stomach and arms is a good way to go.

    3. Nutrition Is Everything

I learned this lesson very late, even after training for 6 months and getting injured. What you do in the gym is only 1 hour of the time.

What you do in those 23 hours matters!

Now, I am not saying that go do some mixed up workout or train when you feel like. NO!

This simply means, do not make this mistake of missing out on good nutrition.

Fitness goals are achieved from following a good nutrition plan which is specially designed for you according to your goals.

If you have a goal of gaining some serious muscle then be in the calorie surplus with high protein.

If you have a goal of losing the weight. As a working out beginner, you should be on a calorie deficit diet.

If you mess the nutrition, you'll mess up everything!

The above 3 things are the keys to achieving any fitness goals. It is really simple, and that's the truth. Things are really simple in general; we just make things too complicated to follow!

    1. Do Not Join The Gym!

Now you are thinking like, how the hell if I do not join the gym, will be able to achieve my fitness goals?

    Bro, what are you saying??

    Working out for beginners

    Let me explain why:

I am just saying, for example, if you make up your mind that you need to start to workout from next month.

Give at least 2 weeks to your body before joining the gym to progress in a really smart way.

If you have a normal lifestyle and you now instantly start to workout and put all this pressure on your body, it is not correct.

Take the time out and go jogging every day, and move your body as much as you can.

Try to increase your flexibility as much as you can, stretch.

If you have joint pain or your back hurts from office work or anything, first fix that.

    IF YOU DON'T

If you do not do the above things. Let's say your shoulders hurt sometimes on regular days or maybe you have an impingement there or a flexibility issue in your body.

Now, when you do an exercise like shoulder press, you will face difficulty lifting weights or even receive more impingement in the shoulders, even more severe!

It is always better to move your body as much as you can and be flexible before joining the gym!

    VERY IMPORTANT!

    2. Now Join The Gym

It's your first month and you are excited to crush your goals.

By applying all the 3 tips that I just told you above. Now go to the gym and do a warm-up and start with mixed training for a month or so.

By mix training I mean, train each and every muscle straight for a month.

The whole goal of this is to familiarise your body with the movements and forms of different exercises in a lightweight so that you can practice muscle-mind connection. Very Important!

    3. Shift Your Workout Plan

Now, when the first months is completed successfully. Go and talk to your trainer and he will give you a customised workout plan.

Go all-in with this workout plan and remember what I said in the beginning. Consistency!

After 3 months or so if you are following everything right what I'd explained in this article.

    You will see some results!

Now, results come pretty fast if you do all the above.

    4. Play With Workout Plan And Nutrition Plan

You know what, if you do the workout right and your nutrition is on point. Your body will hit a plateau.

Now, it literally depends on different bodies, we all are different. Some continue to get results after 6 months of the same training, and some hit a plateau after 3 months.

Not only as a working out beginner but everybody faces this.!

Play with your meals and shift your timings and meals itself after time to time.

Then, play with your workout plan and shift your exercises up and down and here and there.

    OR

Maybe completely change the workout plan.

    6. The Break Week

Working out on a consistent basis is a really good habit to have, but working out consistently and regularly gives a lot of pressure on joints.

Take a week break and rest, rest and rest. Try warming up your different joints like shoulder, spine, and knees.

And when the week is over, repeat the whole process!
