    How Much Protein Do I Really Need??

    Another amazing question that got pushed to me from one of our subscriber asking how much protein do I really need per day?

    I don't know why, but I always get stuck in introducing the topic of an article in the beginning. Maybe I need to cover a lot on this topic and a lot of things going on my head rn.

    Ok, without wasting any more time let's answer the question of how much protein do you really need daily?

    How Much Protein In A Day


    From the start itself, I say it varies from person to person that how high or low his or her lifestyle is the physical world.

    I mean if you are one of those who works a lot in the office and sometimes jogging or something like that.

    It is sure that your daily protein requirements would be less than that of a person who is physically active and even extra hitting the gym 6 times a week.

    Let's get right into it and understand case by case, are you with me?

    1. Low Activity Level


    How much protein do I need
    Casual Walking & Some Work


    By low activity level, I mean if you only work day and night in the office.

    Maybe you have got a job.

    Straight to the point, you do not have any physical activity in the whole day.

    You really don't need that much protein in general.

    I say you better complete your protein intake to at least to your own bodyweight in Kg.

    Say,

    Your weight is 60 Kg, have minimum 60 grams of protein per day, SIMPLE!

    2. Medium Activity Level


    How much protein do I need
    Sometimes Gym or Running

    By medium activity level I mean that you probably move your body around, maybe some morning jogs and sprints and some home-based workouts sometimes here and there.

    Maybe 2 times gym in a week.

    It would be covered in this category.

    The simple answer to how much protein do you need in this category would just increase the intake by 50 percent, that's it!

    No more magic tricks and calculations and all that BS.


    For example,

    Your weight is 60 Kg then you should be having around 90 grams of protein per day.

    As simple as it sounds or as complicated as you want to make.


    Medium Activity Level = Increase By 50%


    Currently, if you are that guy that just jumped directly to point 2 to see how much protein do I need in medium level. I say just look at the bold figure that I had written in Case 1 otherwise, you would not understand anything further.

    By high activity level, I mean that you are the one who workout daily and regularly from a while now.

    It directly means that your body demands more protein as compared to any other above category.

    If you ask how much protein do I really need daily or per day?

    The answer is simply double your protein intake by 100 percent.

    For example,

    If you weigh 60 Kg then you need to take protein daily around 120 grams.

    You need that and your muscles deserve that!


    High Activity Level = Increase By 100%


    Again, if you jumped right to the 3rd point directly.

    Oh. let's see what he has to say in high activity level, just look at the bold in point 1 otherwise you would not understand what is going on?
