    Gym Workouts For Beginners[Important]

Earlier I had written an article which will tell you what are the mistakes that I had done when I was the one who has to eagerly start his gym journey. I will recommend you to read that article, it will be really valuable to you if you can learn from my mistakes.

    Having said that,

I will recap in a few lines:

If you are looking for gym workouts for beginners, warmup is as important thing as working out itself!

So, first and foremost I will say do the proper warmup and get in the zone.

    Done!

    Next,

There is no need to go heavy as it is your first day or maybe the first week?

Look at this way and as I am telling you, try to understand the example:

This is really common in most gyms!

When you are new, you don't know anything about working out and that's a fact that no beginner know sh*t! Unless you read and watch a bunch of blogs and YT videos.

Most beginners see other intermediate lifters and start to lift heavy initially.

Man, you don't need to lift heavy initially. If you do that, I can literally guarantee that yes, you will receive an injury in no more than 3 months.

I say if an intermediate or advanced lifter is going heavy. His muscles and strength that he has built in training from literally months and years.

For let suppose, he is performing the exercise wrong! Because of the reason he has strong stabilizing muscles, he can bear performing the exercise in the wrong form.

    LET'S LOOK AT YOU:

It's your first day or maybe you are reading this blog after your first week, doesn't matter.

    The point here is,

Initially, you will be performing each and every exercise probably with the wrong form, technique and a lot of things go into this.

Because of the reason that you have no strength in your stabilizing muscles and no muscle mind connection which comes with practice and regular training.

If you do lift heavy, you know what you will get?

    Ain't no rush bro!

In this article, I will give you an easy gym workout for beginners that can be followed by anyone, men or women.

I say, as long as you are feeling your muscle working in any exercise that you are performing, GREEN LIGHTS, you are good to go!

You will see many workouts online and all and they will be fully filled with do bench press, then squats and then do deadlifts and then do donkey flips...

Ahh, No, the last one was made up by me rn!

    But you get the point!

As a beginner, the workouts that have to do must be easy at least initially!

As you move forward then go into more advanced and heavy lifting workouts.

This workout routine at the gym for beginners is really simple and I'd say do this exact routine for a month or so and then go with other workouts.

For warm up, you can refer to this resource that I handpicked for you:
