Gym Workouts For Beginners[Important]
Earlier, I had written an article which would tell you the mistakes that I made when I was the one starting my gym journey. I will recommend you to read that article, it will be really valuable to you if you can learn from my mistakes.
Having said that,
I will recap in a few lines:
If you are looking for gym workouts for beginners, warm-up is as important as working out itself!
So, first and foremost, I will say do the proper warmup and get in the zone.
Done!
Next,
There is no need to go heavy as it is your first day or maybe the first week?
This is really common in most gyms!
When you are new, you don't know anything about working out, and that's a fact that no beginner knows much unless you read and watch a bunch of blogs and YT videos.
Most beginners see other intermediate lifters and start to lift heavy initially.
Man, you don't need to lift heavy initially. If you do that, I can literally guarantee that yes, you will receive an injury in no more than 3 months.
I say if an intermediate or advanced lifter is going heavy. His muscles and strength are built through training for literally months and years.
For let's suppose, he is performing the exercise wrong! Because of the reason he has strong stabilizing muscles, he can bear performing the exercise in the wrong form.
It's your first day or maybe you are reading this blog after your first week, doesn't matter.
The point here is,
Initially, you will be performing each and every exercise probably with the wrong form, technique and a lot of things go into this.
Because of the reason that you have no strength in your stabilising muscles and no muscle mind connection, which comes with practice and regular training.
If you do lift heavy, you know what you will get?
Ain't no rush bro!
In this article, I will give you an easy gym workout for beginners that can be followed by anyone.
