In this article, I will tell you some mistakes that people make while taking their post-workout nutrition!
I will also tell you what to eat before a workout and after a workout so that you can do everything right as you supposed to.
If you want to go and achieve any fitness goal, it is absolutely important that you eat right and what is necessary for the body to grow and produce results.
In this section, I will tell you what kinds of foods you must and should avoid any cost right after the workout.
If you are into fitness and do workouts regularly. You must avoid any kind of sugar in general and especially right after the workout!
When you workout, you just created tears in your muscles and the first thing that you provide to the body will be getting instantly into muscles.
If you provide high sugar food right after the workout, you just messed your whole post workout nutrition.
This is too bad from a good nutrition point of view and the same thing applies to the other foods that I am listing down below.
I had read somewhere in the past that what you eat is what you become. I don't know who he the person was, but it is true!
Pizza and burgers are just cheap-expensive foods!
Wait a minute! What cheap-expensive means?
I mean, they are cheap in the value of nutrition and expensive in terms of paying for it.
Have 6 egg whites instead of this, that would contain far-far better nutrition than this.
Next one is,
Look at this way, you have just finished your workout and the pump was on fire...!
Now, at this point, you need protein for instant recovery.
The point of providing protein is to get the protein inside the torn muscles.
Focus on the word "Instantly", if you eat fats right after the workout.

Look at fats as some heavy calorie people that take time to move,

But on a serious note,
Fats, in general, take some time to digest and you want instant digestion of protein.
Providing fats right after the workout is just irrelevant!
