    Why is having a strong core is so essential? Everybody preaches about that before joining the gym, make sure to have to a strong core.

    Guys, the core is the base of walking. If someone has a really really, I mean really weak core muscles. He or she would probably bend oven to the front every time want to stand straight.

    But, don't worry that is never be going to be your case as it would not possible for any human!

    We all have some core strength developed from childhood when we play outside with a lot with friends.

    If you have an athlete or a runner as your friend, you'll notice that they have amazing core strength.

    I am going to be real straight to the point. If you have a weak core, you have a really high chance of catching hernia.

    Now, don't blame me that I scared you. It's the truth.

    First of all, you know your body better from anybody else out there. If you get to know that you have a weak core or maybe you just have to make your core muscles strong.

    1. You Have a Weak Core:


    Say goodbye to joining the gym if you are planning to join!

    Because you know, we train with heavy weights and do compound heavy exercises like squats and dead-lifts etc.

    These exercises create a lot of pressure on the core and if you have a weak core, it is not good for you!

    2. You Have a Strong Core, Just Want To Make It Even Stronger:


    This is the category that most people will be in, below are the best core strengthening exercises 

    so that you can gain core strength really good.

    I can tell you now that there is no difference in exercise i.e. if you have a weak core or strong core, you will perform some exercises to strengthen the core

    1. Reverse Crunches

    This exercises mainly targets lower abs.

    I love this exercise because of the single reason that it gives such a great stretch in the lower abdomen.

    Generally, people figure out a way to make their upper abs pop-up but this is really good to make lower abdomen strong.


    How many times?


    Don't worry, I will give you a small workout that you can do at home or at the gym!

    2. Side To Side Planks

    Another, a killer exercise to stabilize the core muscles, there are different variations to it.

    Side to side plank is basically a complete workout for the core strengthening because it covers from upper abs to lower abs to obliques, everything!

    How to perform:

    Get in the position as you are about to do a push-up, both hands on the floor.

    Next, just move your one hand from the floor go all the way up so that the position of your hand will to facing towards the top-wall-ceiling.

    Again, get back your hand on the floor and the same with the other hand. It will be counted as "1"

    Give it a try and add this to strengthen the core.

    3. Planks

    Nothing fancy!

    I am sure that everyone knows how good are planks for core stability and strength.

    It is even good for the spine, if you have spine issues going on from a while, just do planks for a minimum of 7-8 days, you'll see that the pain is getting away as you progress!

    I know a lot of people even say that time just slows down when you do a plank!

    In my opinion, hands down!

    It is a great finisher, to sum up when you are done with your other two exercises.

    Simple Core Strengthening Workout[At Home]


    I mean, you don't have to go fancy like this exercise or that one and including the other one...

    Nah Nah!

    Just keep it simple and straightforward.

    This ab workout at the gym or at home is really simple and anyone can do this who needs to strengthen his core:

    1. 4 Sets of 15 reps = Reverse crunches

    2. 2 Sets of 15 reps = Side to Side Plank

    3. 1 Set of max capacity of plank that you can do!

    Simple, nothing easier than this you will find on the Internet I believe.

    Do this for a minimum of 30 days and keep increasing the time limit for Planks as you gain core strength!
