    In total, drink 1 glass of milk with 4-5 egg whites and 1 banana(Optional)

    It should and must be light and easy filled with good nutrition and low calories!

    Why I said banana and yogurt and banana is because banana is a fast digesting source of carbohydrate which will in return give you instant energy and yogurt is a good source of protein.

    It would be better if you replace the yogurt with greek yogurt just because of a simple fact that it has more protein in it than the regular one!

    Though it is self-explanatory, I will give my point of view, don't know why but I will give it which is:

    Pour a lot of yogurt in a bowl and add a pinch of cinnamon in it and chop a full banana in it and there you go!

    It is by far the easiest and the best way to supply good nutrition in really less time.

    Now, there are 2 ways to make it this good post-workout snack.

    Number 1, is to buy a protein box and add a scoop of protein into around glass of water and done!

    Number 2, is to go to your home from the gym, find a mixer, grab it and plug it!

    In this list of best foods to eat after a workout, it is a raw and a tasteless snack.

    You can have this anytime when you may not have any access to above other meals or snacks or so.

    5. Banana And Eggs


    This is all time legendary meal from all of the above!

    Having banana and eggs together is the best combination and nutrition to provide to the body.

    Especially, in the post workout when the energy is kind of low and dizzy sometimes.

    This is nothing like a recipe explanation and so.

    Just grab that banana from the head and peel it off and shake those eggs to beat and eat it all. That's it!
