    All protein and fats sources

    Eggs

    25 Percent of Protein

    70 Percent of Fats.

    5 Percent of Carbs

    This is the basic structure of the keto ketogenic diet, you can even adjust according to your ease as long as you are consuming fats more than 70 percent and carbs not more than 5 percent.
