    The Best Abs Workout At The Gym[Men&Women]

    I will tell you how I do it from start to end.

    First of all, it is really important that you warm up your body.

    Warming up before doing any exercise is a must. Because catching an injury or pain in the spine is really common while doing the ab workout.

    Warm-up just a little bit so that you can go in the zone freely without having any issues with any kind of a pain in the lower back.


    My Ab Workout At Gym

    I split my ab workout into 2.

    Means I train my upper abs and lower abs differently. Why I do this is, you know, when you do any ab exercise, almost your whole abdomen is working.

    By doing the lower and upper abs differently, I am training the muscle 2 times in a week.

    It is really good practice to follow.

    I was earlier training my abs 1 day a week and realised that my soreness is gone after 2 days, and in the coming days, I do not have any ab workout in my routine.

    That's why I decided to change my split.
    My ab workout goes like:

    1. Upper Abs

    For upper abs, I do:

    - Regular Crunches = 4 Sets 15 Reps

    - Decline Crunches = 4 Sets 15 Reps

    - Side Bends = 4 Sets 15 Reps

    - Plank = Maxout!

    I do train obliques each time I train abs.


    2. Lower Abs

    For Lower Abs, I do:

    - The all-time favorite, Reverse crunches = 4 Sets 15 Reps

    - Hanging Knee Raise = 4 Sets 15 Reps

    - Side Bend = 4 Sets 15 Reps

    - Plank = Maxout!

    This is my gym workout for abs, and I think it is a pretty good workout for abs.

    Try this workout for a consistent 30 days with good nutrition, and you will see some amazing gains with this.



    Keep a note to this that when you are doing your ab workout at the gym, always make sure that while bending in exercises like side bends or crunches.

    Keep your spine straight and never let it bend.

    Never ever let your spine make a c-curve. I hope you understand what c-curve I am talking about.

    Always keep your spine straight and focus on contracting the abs.

    There is no rule anywhere that you need to curve your spine while contracting.
