    How To Start Exercising?


    You simply have heard from people that just join a gym and simply start to exercise and workout and then you will make the progress as time passes.

    Yes, this is simple and this approach is taken by many who look forward to getting a good body and shape.

    You know what, studies have shown most people who start to workout simply jump to exercises and without the right guidance of the right people.

    Simply they get injured just in few months of joining the gym.

    I was never in part of thinking to join a gym... and from next day, in reality, joined the gym and started to workout!

    How to start exercising


    Now you be like, But Why? Most people start to work out just readily as is!


    Let me tell you why and give you some logic behind it with my own experience!

    I started working out as soon as just received a thought that I need to work out.

    I joined the gym and doing my best workout routine for beginners that was designed by my trainer.

    You know what?

    In probably 2 or plus half a month later,

    I received my cake from the gym.


    Whatttt..?

    What cake?


    I just got injured in my left shoulder!

    And now I look back and I can tell from experience that why I got injured in the first place.

    That is what I am going to tell you in this article on how to start exercising the right way.

    And how to follow the workout routine for beginners initially, the right way!

    Then, when to join the gym and start a gym workout routine.

    First of all, I say as soon as this thought hit in your mind that I need to start to work out.

    Stop right there from joining the gym right away!

    I joined the gym right away as that thought came into my mind and got injured within 2 months, you don't have to do this!

    The thing which you have to do is start to do these workout schedule for beginners, these are of different types and can be accessed from all over the internet.

    Now, it doesn't mean that these workout doesn't work if they are accessible from FREE!

    This is what you have to do, start to do these exercises for beginners at home for a month or so and build a solid base of muscle strength, capability, stamina, flexibility, and endurance.


    I have back in the day have none of these and that's why I got injured. My main problem was of flexibility.

    Beginner Workout Routine For Men & Women


    These are the exercises that you should or would be doing in that 1 month prior to joining the gym.
    I probably will not explain each and every exercise here as that would make the article too long.

    I will leave a link in the heading so that you can refer how to perform each exercise the right way:

    1. Jumping Jacks


    Jumping jacks are really fun and easy exercise to do and are best to build up decent stamina.

    It can be performed anywhere even at home. Start to do 15 of these each time you start!


    2. Squat Jumps


    You already know how to do squats, all you have to do is start to jump initially and do the same squat, no big deal, it is easy to do and you can refer from anywhere how to do squat jumps.

    Do 15 of squat jumps each time you start!


    3. Skipping or High Jumping


    Start to do skipping as high as you can generating high force from your foot to jump even higher.

    It is a Killer exercise and will lead you to really good stamina.

    I say do 30 of these in one time as you start!


    Here's the thing guys,

    These are the exercises you need to do when you are a complete beginner and haven't joined the gym. These exercises will help you to get a clean start!

    I am saying this right away because I do not want you to start wrong as I did!

    If you have a regular lifestyle and you do not move your body a lot daily.

    You joined the gym with your stiff body, not having enough flexibility and endurance.

    You will land on the same place that I landed when I was starting which was a "sweet little injury in my left shoulder", these are good workouts for beginners and must have to be done!


    That's why I am saying to start to do these full body exercises at home for men and women.

    How To Follow This Beginner Workout Routine For Men And Women?


    Very simple!

    As you see the 3 exercises on the top, "Jumping jacks", "Squats", "Skipping", just do these exercise on a daily and regular basis.

    When you do perform all these 3 exercises in one go, you just completed 1 set!

    And you have to do 2-3 sets in one go for 5 days in a week for straight 1 month, you understand what I am saying?

    This is a complete beginner workout plan for men and women and can be performed by anyone!
