    So you have nothing to eat, maybe you got home late or you have no time to make something up right now instantly.

    Whatever the reason is, these food options that I am telling you right now can be taken at late night as snacks without any issues.

    These foods will definitely help you to be in that "eat good food zone" and another best thing about this is that it doesn't take much time to make.

    Hardly 3-5 minutes preparation time and boom, delicious food is right in front on the table!

    Following are the foods that are healthy enough to provide you with instant good nutrients and mostly loaded with high fiber to get that bowel movement going. Here we go:

    1. Banana Yogurt

    It is the easiest of all, you were sleeping and suddenly you waked up from a nightmare. You thought about it and there is no chance that you are going to sleep back in the coming hour.

    You are feeling really hungry at this point. What to do?

    Here is what you can make in no time:

    - Add half a cup of yogurt in a bowl.

    - Cut a full banana into it.

    - Add some cinnamon into it or dry fruits[Optional]

    It is also a no time-consuming recipe!

    - Cut half a banana into a mixer.

    - Add some milk according to texture [low-fat(optional)]

    - A scoop of protein powder[Optional]

    Guys, I do not want you to add puck-in peanut butter and all that what is needed like berries and all that.

    You just wake up from sleep! It takes time to digest heavy meals and if you all the other things, you probably will be going back to the bed with a bloated stomach.

    If it's your last meal of the day, go ahead with this and make a heavy shake.
